Throughout his career, his work has focused on chiropractic care, spinal health, posture, rehabilitation, and the evaluation of spine-related conditions.
What is Primary Spine Care?
Primary Spine Care is an approach centered on evaluating and managing patients with spine-related complaints and determining the most appropriate next step in their care. This may include conservative treatment when appropriate, additional diagnostic evaluation, or referral to another healthcare provider when a patient’s findings warrant it. Anniston Chiropractic identifies Primary Spine Care as one of Dr. Wade’s areas of professional focus.
What is Dr. Wade’s training in Spine Trauma?
Anniston Chiropractic identifies Spine Trauma as one of Dr. Wade’s areas of specialization and describes his experience as including Primary Spine Care and Spine Trauma cases. This background is particularly relevant when evaluating patients with spine-related injuries, including those following automobile accidents. The specific evaluation and recommendations for any injury depend on the patient’s history and clinical findings.
What is Dr. Wade’s experience with Chiropractic BioPhysics?
Dr. Wade is Advanced Certified in Chiropractic BioPhysics®, or CBP®, according to Anniston Chiropractic. CBP emphasizes objective evaluation of posture and spinal alignment and may incorporate chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercises, and spinal traction when clinically appropriate. Dr. Wade uses this training to evaluate patients interested in both symptom management and a more detailed assessment of posture and spinal structure.
Is Dr. Wade an FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner?

This allows him to perform required DOT medical examinations for qualifying commercial drivers in accordance with applicable Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements.
Does Dr. Wade provide care for personal-injury patients?

Dr. Wade’s background in spine care and trauma is relevant to evaluating musculoskeletal complaints that may occur following a collision. Each patient is evaluated individually to determine the nature of the problem, whether conservative care is appropriate, and whether additional medical evaluation or diagnostic testing may be needed.
Does Dr. Wade teach healthcare or legal professionals?
Dr. Wade’s supplied FAQ topics indicate that professional education is an area the practice would like to address; however, the source material provided for these FAQs does not document specific current teaching appointments, courses, audiences, or credentials related to educating healthcare or legal professionals. This answer should be updated with Dr. Wade’s verified teaching experience before publication rather than making a broader claim that cannot currently be substantiated.
What types of patients does Dr. Wade commonly evaluate?
Dr. Wade evaluates patients with a range of spine and musculoskeletal concerns. These may include neck and lower-back pain, posture and spinal alignment concerns, disc-related symptoms, sciatica, and injuries following automobile accidents. Anniston Chiropractic also provides pediatric chiropractic and occupational health services, including DOT physical examinations. The appropriate evaluation and care depend on each patient’s individual needs and findings.
Why did Dr. Wade develop the concept of spinal hygiene?
The spinal-hygiene material associated with Anniston Chiropractic emphasizes caring for the spine consistently through movement and healthy daily habits rather than thinking about spinal health only when pain occurs. The concept compares regular attention to spinal health with other routine health habits. Before attributing the original development of the concept specifically to Dr. Wade, however, the practice should confirm his preferred wording and history of the concept.
What is Dr. Wade’s philosophy of patient care?
Dr. Wade’s patient-education materials emphasize helping patients understand what is happening in their bodies before making decisions about care. His approach incorporates examination and objective findings with an emphasis on explaining those findings in understandable terms. Treatment recommendations are then based on the individual patient’s needs rather than assuming that every person requires the same type of care.
